| Q: |
What is the difference between Bamboo and Rattan? |
| A: |
The main difference between bamboo and rattan is that rattan is solid core and most bamboo is hollow. This means that Bamboo has more surface area exposed (outside and inside) to air; this causes it to dry out and crack faster than rattan.

| Q: |
Why does it take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery? |
| A: |
Our Rattan Massage tools are not mass produced, we make them in small batches of 5 sets in order to maximize our quality standards. Rattan is a natural material and as such varies a great deal from stave to stave, so that the tools require constant individual attention in the creation process. Each set of tools is hand finished to ensure the optimum balance between the natural texture of the rattan and the experience of the massage patron.
